Vehicle into a Building

At approximately 1800hrs on Sunday, February 6th, the East Whiteland Fire Company (Station 5) and MICU 4-2 from the Malvern Fire Company (Station 4) were dispatched to the 200 block of Lancaster Avenue for a report of a motor vehicle into a building. Crews arrived to find a motor vehicle that had crashed into a building. Medical personnel checked on the occupants for injuries, and crews assisted with clean-up and vehicle removal. East Whiteland Fire Police and the East Whiteland Township Police Department provided traffic control for the entirety of the incident. While on the scene, crews also identified a gas leak at a nearby structure and requested PECO to respond to the scene. Emergency personnel operated on the scene for approximately 1 hour.

Thank you to Abel Brothers Towing and Automotive Inc. for their assistance with the clean-up of the scene and vehicle removal.
